About The Role This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA and is a 12‑month contract. As the Talent Acquisition Partner at Weee!, you will be a critical point of contact and a part of the candidate experience as we recruit for our mission. You will act as a talent advisor for all hiring managers, lead end‑to‑end recruitment, and support our Corporate, Fulfillment Center Operations and Logistics teams.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with hiring business leaders to become a subject‑matter expert and advise on hiring strategy.

Source, target and engage passive candidates, providing them detailed information on the position, company vision and plans.

Strategize and leverage various sourcing techniques and channels to maintain a healthy pipeline for priority roles.

Serve as the company’s cultural evangelist and maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates.

Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer acceptance.

Maintain a compliant record of candidate pipelines in the ATS (Greenhouse).

Implement and execute recruiting programs to attract top talent.

Report timely recruiting progress to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of sourcing/full‑cycle recruiting experience (in‑house experience preferred).

Experience and proficiency in Google Suite, ATS and job posting platforms such as Indeed, Handshake, and LinkedIn.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven track record in sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies.

Collaborative mindset with hiring teams.

Strong ability to build rapport with candidates and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Excellent attention to detail.

Proactive and persistent when issues arise.

Interest in covering a wider range of recruitment projects.

Compensation Range

US base salary range: $87,500 – $103,000.

Eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.

Salary determined by role, level and location.
