We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects, from concept to execution, across marketing, sales, finance, and operations. Key Job Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own and execute high-impact projects from ideation to delivery. Project Execution: Develop timelines, deliverables, and success metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, finance, operations, product, and legal to align efforts. Program Design & Overview: Build project and program roadmaps, resource plans, and risk assessments. Leadership & Influence: Drive progress, remove roadblocks, manage stakeholders without direct authority. Executive Communication: Prepare and present concise updates to senior leadership. Continuous Improvement: Analyze past performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. 7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in business development or corporate strategy. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-departmental projects with successful outcomes. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Preferred Qualifications
PMP or similar certification. Experience in high-growth or transformation environments. Background in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or strategic planning. Skills
Agile Project Management: Expertise in agile strategies and tactics. Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to promote continuous improvement across functions. Effective Communications: Proficiency in transmitting and interpreting ideas. Managing Multiple Priorities: Self-management and prioritization. Project Management: Planning, organization, monitoring, and control of projects. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $100,000 - $125,000. Equitable offers base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Equitable Total Rewards Program
