Senior Product Manager
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive impactful product outcomes across our digital healthcare platform. This role is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and OKRs, and executing that vision across multiple applications and user groups. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, action-oriented, and skilled at translating complex problems into effective product solutions.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Discovery
Define and execute product vision, strategy, and outcome‑driven OKRs
Partner with engineering, UX, and research to identify user needs and validate solutions
Conduct user interviews, shadowing, and discovery activities to uncover pain points
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
Execution & Delivery
Own product requirements, user stories, and intended outcomes
Prioritize features, enhancements, and defects
Lead story mapping, sprint planning, and roadmap activities
Identify and manage cross‑team dependencies
Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment
Support user‑facing communication and feature education
Data‑Driven Decision Making
Use analytics and insights to define problem statements and solution hypotheses
Track product performance against OKRs and continuously optimize outcomes
Evaluate and prioritize features aligned to business objectives
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and inspire cross‑functional product teams
Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with business goals
Communicate product vision, progress, and results to technical and executive audiences
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong experience in product management, agile delivery, and cross‑functional leadership
Proven ability to deliver measurable business and user outcomes
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
