Overview
The Product Manager III (Contract) drives discovery, delivery, and optimization of digital products within an assigned product area. This role partners closely with engineering, UX, data, and business stakeholders to deliver compliant, user-centered solutions aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities
Own product requirements and user stories, ensuring clear outcomes and priorities. Prioritize features and defects; facilitate story mapping and sprint activities. Manage cross-team dependencies and contribute to roadmap planning. Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to meet regulatory requirements. Support user-facing communications and education for product features. Discovery & Strategy
Partner with product leadership to refine product vision and strategy. Lead discovery efforts with engineering, UX, and research to identify user needs and pain points. Conduct user interviews, shadowing, and usability validation with stakeholders. Data-Driven Decision Making
Define and track product OKRs. Use data and analytics to inform prioritization, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement. Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration and accountability. Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. Industry Awareness Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovation opportunities. Seniority level
