Program Director at Healogics, LLC. The role focuses on managing and strategically expanding the Wound Care Program across assigned areas. The director provides day-to-day oversight of the Wound Care Center, including staff, operations, finance, quality improvement, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities Manages the Center’s Operations (20%)

Oversees day‑to‑day management of outpatient clinic(s) and other wound continuum programs.

Continuously assesses clinic flows, processes & procedures, identifies improvement areas, and implements best practices.

Works with hospital and company personnel to ensure adequate resources, supplies, equipment, and services.

Facilitates effective communication across the program.

Prioritizes staff responsibilities and directs the work of clinical and non‑clinical staff.

Collaborates with other health care providers, Wound Care Center Providers, and Medical Director regarding clinic and patient needs.

Manages direct reports in conjunction with HR, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and motivation.

Performs Financial Management (10%)

Manages all aspects of revenue cycle for Healogics and partner hospitals.

Stays current with reimbursement changes and updates physicians and staff.

Reviews financial reports, identifies trend indicators, and plans improvements for fiscal responsibility.

Tracks and reports ancillary revenues.

Manages costs through labor & supply utilization.

Collaborates with support team to complete reviews and present results to leadership.

Manages Community Education/Marketing (40%)

Works with hospital and Healogics marketing to establish strategic marketing plans and coordinate referral‑boosting activities.

Identifies key referral sources and builds relationships to increase referrals.

Maintains an up‑to‑date list of physicians within a given radius.

Visits physicians and provides educational materials, documenting interactions in CRM.

Regularly communicates with executives on goals, targets, and referral development.

Manages Quality/Performance Improvement (10%)

Runs continuous performance improvement program and meets quality indicators.

Participates in hospital committees and maintains documentation.

Monitors patient, physician, and customer satisfaction.

Ensures patient safety guidelines, compliance, and escalation of concerns.

Manages Relationships (15%)

Maintains strong relationships with hospital clients, aligning goals and demonstrating value.

Builds effective relationships with panel physicians and clinical/support staff.

Meets with leadership and participates in communication activities.

Performs other duties as needed.

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field plus 1 year of marketing/community education in healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.

OR Associate’s degree plus 2+ years of marketing/community education or clinical operations experience.

OR High School Diploma plus 4+ years of marketing/community education or clinical operations experience.

Management experience preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements for healthcare organizations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication, including presentation skills.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and customer service skills.

Excellent organization, time‑management, and multitasking.

Leadership, teaching, relationship building, and motivational skills.

Budget and strategic planning skills.

Ability to travel overnight.

Salary Salary range: $88,400.00 - $116,400.00 annually. This estimate depends on qualifications, experience, geography, and operational needs.
