Director of Business Growth We are seeking a Director of Business Growth to shape and execute long‑term growth strategy across multiple business segments within a large, complex organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership, enterprise strategy teams, and business leaders to identify strategic priorities, evaluate new growth opportunities, and drive transformation initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

This is a highly visible role suited for a strategic, analytical leader who thrives in ambiguity and can influence across a matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead multi‑year growth strategies and 3‑year strategic plans across multiple business segments.

Partner with senior leadership to advance enterprise strategy, prioritize initiatives, and manage strategic trade‑offs.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate new market opportunities beyond current core businesses.

Build compelling business cases and recommendations for senior executives and executive leadership teams.

Analyze competitive dynamics, industry disruption, and emerging solutions to inform strategic decisions.

Lead initiatives focused on customer acquisition, penetration, and go‑to‑market strategy across multiple channels.

Guide cross‑functional teams in customer journey mapping, solution development, and content strategy.

Present strategic growth roadmaps and transformation initiatives to executive leadership, including C‑suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

4–6+ years of post‑MBA experience.

Engagement Manager–level (or equivalent) experience at a top‑tier management consulting firm.

Strong background in growth strategy, go‑to‑market, or commercial strategy execution.

Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.

Experience managing P&L considerations and driving change at scale.

Preferred Experience

Background in food service, B2B, or large enterprise environments.

Experience in startup‑like or transformational settings.

Excellent problem‑solving, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

Ability to structure complex problems and drive cross‑functional execution.
