CMA/LPN/RN-Primary (FT) – Family Medicine – West Ames – 2025-269
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a CMA/LPN/RN Primary Nursing role at its West Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and able to provide extraordinary care to patients every day.
Responsibilities
Phone triage and in-basket tasks such as reviewing results and responding to MyChart messages.
One‑to‑one primary nursing duties working directly with a provider.
Education
Graduate from an accredited program for Medical Assistants.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Certification / License
Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or a Registered Medical Assistant certification from American Medical Technologists (AMT), NAHP, NCCT, or NHA.
Possession of a State Licensed Practical Nurse license.
Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
Schedule
Days: Monday – Friday with Wednesday afternoon off.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Experience
Previous hospital or clinic experience.
Pre‑Employment Pre‑employment drug screening and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
