Our client, a highly respected and fast‑paced finance firm in
San Francisco , is seeking a strong
Executive Assistant
to support
two VPs and three Associates
on the Human Capital team. This role is ideal for an experienced EA who is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
The Opportunity This is a key support role within the Human Capital function, requiring someone who can manage complex scheduling, support recruiting and talent initiatives, and keep the team running efficiently. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and play an integral role in the firm’s people and talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, scheduling, and logistics for two VPs and three Associates
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate logistics across multiple time zones
Support recruiting and human capital initiatives, including search processes
Maintain and update CRM systems, with a preference for Thrive experience
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, candidates, and external partners
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
What Our Client Is Looking For
3‑5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or recruiting coordinator, ideally within finance, professional services, or executive search
Experience with executive search and/or CRM platforms;
Thrive strongly preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Professional, proactive, and highly polished
Compensation
