Responsibilities

Develop code in Apex, LWC, HTML and design and architect solutions based on Salesforce platform.

Design the user interface and implement the API, which includes unit test cases.

Ensure code standards have been followed.

Deploy them to the lower environment with CICD pipeline robust and automate deployment and testing.

Determine business requirements and develop project plans and technical approaches to address business needs using established procedures and standards.

Complete end‑to‑end analysis for the new requirements from the business and create a technical design.

Maintain seamless communication with all stakeholders and effectively share precise updates on deliverables.

Ensure regular communication is maintained with the business and the tester to make sure the feature is delivered as expected.

Define and architect integration solutions to integrate Salesforce with other systems.

Create new designs for both backend and UI for performance improvement and better user experience.

Provide permanent solution to customer reported issues and production issues.

Create design/ story to reduce manual support requests from the business.

Monitor application performance and provide technical solutions.

Create design to revamp the legacy application with the latest technologies.

Perform analysis of probable technical impacts based on proposed recommendations and solutions across various lines of business as the result of changes in product architecture and high‑level design that impact the project milestones.

Monitor the testing environments to analyze, quantify and respond to widespread production issues, and resolve root causes of problems and issues across applications, systems, and environments.

Monitor and perform governance on the project to mitigate challenges/risks as they surface.

May telecommute and work remotely from any location in the United States.

Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.

Domestic travel required approximately 5% of time to various client sites and other unanticipated locations within the U.S.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or Information Technology and 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience in the related occupations of Software Developer, Software Engineer, or equivalent role.

Prior experience must include 2 years of experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Architecting experience with expertise in Telecom and Energy domain.

2 years of experience in Salesforce Industries CPQ Product, Enterprise Product Catalog Modelling and Development.

2 years of experience in Salesforce development using Flows, Apex classes, Triggers, Basic LWC, Rest APIs, Platform Events, Vlocity Omnistudio Framework and Industries CPQ Modelling and Development.

2 years of experience building Telecom domain specific solutions using Salesforce Communications cloud.

2 years of experience with Salesforce lightning framework.

2 years of experience in REST/SOAP API Integration, Swagger Spec creation for APIs as well as experience with Agile scrum methodology.

2 years of experience analyzing company processes, translating business workflows into accurate CRM workflows and configuring CRM applications to meet business needs.

Telecommuting and remote work from home permitted anywhere in the U.S.

Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.

Domestic travel required approximately 5% of time to various client sites and other unanticipated locations within the U.S.
