We’re looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise Sales to help us develop and close new business with Hootsuite customers within our landmark industries. This full‑cycle sales role requires owning a pipeline, generating outbound opportunities, and managing the complete sales process from opportunity creation to close.

What You’ll Do

Acquire new enterprise‑sized business customers to achieve quota targets and prospect outbound leads.

Navigate sales cycles from value creation to negotiation, presenting solutions to senior executives and driving long‑term partnerships.

Own quarterly targets by crafting and executing a strategy to generate net new pipeline and exceed revenue goals.

Seek insightful market data to build rapport with enterprise customers, recommend solutions, and differentiate pitches.

Deliver product presentations and demos, complete RFI/RFP and other supplier technical documents.

Partner with pre‑ and post‑sales teams to navigate objections and ensure customer success.

Develop expansion strategies for existing customers, identify cross‑sell opportunities, and introduce sales team members to additional buyers.

Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to build outbound pipelines.

Track and report sales activities in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and 6Sense.

Travel for prospect presentations and workshops as needed.

Warmly handoff new customers to implementation and customer teams for smooth onboarding.

What You’ll Need

Relevant B2B sales experience and proven quota achievement (software experience is an asset).

Focus on client business value and ROI rather than product features.

Outbound sales experience, including proactive prospecting and cold outreach.

Skill in crafting sales plans, building account strategies, and maintaining top‑of‑funnel activity.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation Variable pay: Eligible for Hootsuite’s Sales Compensation Program. Base pay ranges are:

Canada: $85,000—$105,000 CAD

USA: $85,000—$105,000 USD
