Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of sales experience within the technology sector, specifically focusing on Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS platforms and products.

5 years of experience developing partnerships with Federal Financials and Department of Treasury clients.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience navigating commercial and legal negotiations in coordination with procurement and business teams.

Ability to track record of managing enterprise accounts and selling comprehensive solution portfolios to C-level executives.

Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate across organizational boundaries to meet shared goals.

Excellent capacity to influence executive-level decision-making.

Excellent track record of promoting Google Cloud technologies to large, geographically dispersed organizations.

About the Job As a Field Sales Executive within the Federal Financials Civilian Go-to-Market team, you own one or multiple high visibility customer relationships, executing joint business plan development, sales strategy development, pitching, customer relationship growth, and opportunity sizing for accounts. Google Public Sector brings the magic of Google to the mission of government and education with solutions purpose-built for enterprises. We focus on helping United States public sector institutions accelerate their digital transformations, and we continue to make significant investments and grow our team to meet the complex needs of local, state and federal government and educational institutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Cultivate and strengthen executive-level partnerships with public sector clients, influencing their long-term evolution as a trusted business advisor.

Oversee and discuss the complete business cycle, frequently engaging with C-suite executives within public sector organizations.

Guide account strategies to drive business growth, collaborating with Customer Engineers and Google Partners to maximize results and unlock new opportunities within large-scale public sector accounts.

Analyze each customer's technological infrastructure, roadmaps, business drivers, and the broader engaged landscape.

Propel business development efforts, provide precise forecasting, and meet goals by guiding customers through the entire commercial journey.
