About the Role We are looking for an experienced

Business Development Manager / Director

to drive market expansion across Europe. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with enterprise clients, and lead complex solution-based sales processes within the cloud communications (CPaaS) ecosystem.

You will work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deal execution and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Market Expansion & Opportunity Identification

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with local and multinational enterprises

Target key industries and conduct structured outbound prospecting

Understand customer pain points and business needs to position tailored solutions

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across assigned markets

Solution Sales & Deal Closure

Act as a trusted advisor by providing solution-oriented and technical sales consultations

Design customized proposals in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams

Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full deal lifecycle through contract signing

Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth delivery and implementation

Client Relationship Management & Collections

Manage new client relationships end-to-end, from first contact to contract execution

Ensure seamless handover between sales, delivery, and post-sales teams

Support clients during onboarding and early implementation phases

Follow up on accounts receivable for partnership and project-based engagements

Qualifications & Requirements Experience

Business Development Manager: minimum 3 years of B2B new client acquisition or key account sales experience

Director level: minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Proven background in cloud communications / CPaaS or closely technology sectors

Skills & Competencies

Strong commercial mindset with excellent market awareness

Demonstrated success in cold outreach and consultative, solution-based selling

Ability to manage complex negotiations and enterprise-level deals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment

Education & Languages

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Professional working proficiency in English

Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage

Eligibility

Valid work authorization in the designated base location
