General Manager 2645 (Einstein Bros Bagels)
Join Einstein Bros Bagels to manage a store that opens at 4 am and closes at 2 pm, ensuring excellent customer experience and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Open and close the store, manage daily bake and inventory.
Oversee the store’s audit readiness, catering and mobile orders.
Maintain exceptional customer service and generate positive survey results.
Float across all positions during rushes, manage break schedules.
Process daily deposits and financial reconciliation.
Supervise the team, provide training, develop internal talent, and recruit quality team members.
Analyze P&L, apply food‑cost and labor plan to achieve targets.
Complete administrative tasks before opening and after closing.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old (required).
1–3 years general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting.
Hands‑on operator who can motivate and inspire a team.
Experience with P&L analysis and proven strategies to achieve food‑cost and labor targets.
Strong recruiting and coaching skills.
Ability to work 6 am–2 pm shift, including overnight pre‑shift preparation.
