Base pay range $295,000.00/yr - $325,000.00/yr
Description EnFin is looking for an experienced executive who can lead the ideation, prioritization and implementation of strategic initiatives that strengthen the company’s position as a leading provider of residential solar and other home energy financing solutions. This individual will lead cross‑functional strategic projects, coordinate execution across the executive team, and align priorities with our affiliates and parent company. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight, strong operational discipline, and exceptional communication skills, thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment, and helps translate vision into measurable results while ensuring the organization remains aligned and execution‑focused. This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA or Santa Clara, CA. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.
Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution
Partner with the CEO and other members of the EnFin leadership team to define and continuously refine the company’s strategic roadmap, business model evolution, and long‑term growth priorities.
Lead strategic analysis and scenario planning to evaluate new opportunities (e.g., product expansion, channel partnerships, M&A).
Translate high‑level goals into actionable initiatives and KPIs, ensuring clear accountability, timelines, and performance tracking.
Support investor/parent company communications with strategic narratives and performance insights.
Enterprise Transformation & Cross‑Functional Initiatives
Lead cross‑functional efforts across EnFin and the larger Qcells organization to drive projects from ideation stage to implementation while maintaining visibility and buy‑in from all stakeholders.
Lead operational reviews on business performance and priority progress (e.g., monthly/quarterly business reviews).
Drive key leadership meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
10–15+ years of progressive work experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, finance, or operations.
Proven success leading cross‑functional initiatives that drive measurable business transformation.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Experience effectively absorbing, processing, and communicating important data.
Strong understanding of the financial systems and financial services sector.
Proven track record of successfully leading process reengineering initiatives that improved operational efficiency.
Consistently recognized for optimizing processes to create scalable, efficient operations, resulting in improved customer experience.
Experienced in leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
Facilitate leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, strategic offsites, and advisory board materials.
Manage a strong team, hire and retain top talent, and build team culture.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business or finance.
Experience operating within a multinational corporate environment.
Experience with advanced financial modeling and analysis tools.
Experience in the solar industry (renewable).
