Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. Reporting to the Sales Development Manager (SDM), you will drive top‑of‑funnel activity by generating and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting pipeline growth for Frontera’s technology platform. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and wants to grow within a high‑impact sales organization.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential customers, including clinical practices
Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and targeted outreach
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and qualify opportunities
Lead Nurturing & CRM Management
Develop and execute strategies to nurture leads and maintain engagement
Track all outreach, activity, and pipeline in the CRM to ensure accurate reporting
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure messaging and timing are aligned
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Partner with the SDM and Sales team to iterate on outreach strategies and messaging
Share insights from prospect interactions to help refine sales strategy
Support sales initiatives, campaigns, and events as needed
Experience & Qualifications Required
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence prospects
Comfortable with cold outreach, follow‑ups, and objection handling
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and eager to learn
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or pediatric therapy
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Experience in a startup or fast‑paced environment
Traits & Characteristics
Energetic and persistent, with a passion for helping families and clinicians
Quick learner who adapts to new tools and processes

Location & Reporting
Location: Flexible, preference for San Francisco, CA
Up to 25% travel required (for conferences, events, and in‑person meetings)
