Piper Maddox have been engaged on a Senior Accountant opportunity, you’ll work closely with our Director of Accounting and Controller, taking ownership of critical accounting functions while helping improve processes as we scale. Key Responsibilities Leading the transition from historical C-Corp sales tax accounts to LLCs, including all related filings, paperwork, and state outreach Improving Customer A/R collections, including customer outreach and process refinement Supporting month-end close, account reconciliations, AP, AR, and other core accounting operations Collaborating closely with the Director of Accounting & Controller on various strategic and ad-hoc projects Experience required 3+ years of accounting experience Experience in account reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close NetSuite experience strongly preferred A proactive, “good human,” team-first attitude — willing to pitch in wherever needed as we grow If you are interested and have the above qualifications please apply now!
