Responsibilities
Assist guests in creating an amazing guest experience.
Serve as the first-line representative to WWP customers in the Store Manager’s absence.
Maintain daily operations of the site including revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, cleanliness standards, and customer service.
Manage all aspects of the rental process: convert a sale, take payments, sell merchandise, offer insurance, assist with truck rentals, collect past‑due accounts, guide customers on their journey.
Inspect stores daily, perform minor maintenance, custodial duties, and maintain an impeccable facility.
Handle cash accurately, balance receipts, post payments, process bank deposits, reconcile petty cash, and use tools and maintenance equipment.
Optional site visits as needed; mileage is not reimbursed.
How You’ll Thrive
$23.00 per hour + Competitive Bonus Potential
Assist with responsibilities across four to six different store locations.
Actively listen to customers and recommend solutions to exceed their needs.
Become a subject matter expert on self‑storage.
About YOU
Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
Tech Savvy is a plus.
Experience in Cash Handling required.
Must be available on weekends.
A huge passion for guest service and sales.
Ability to support and motivate a team for a collaborative, positive environment.
Strong accountability and work ethic.
Experience in retail or service industry preferred.
Physical Demands And Work Environment
Walk, bend, stand, stoop; lift up to 35 lbs. frequently; push up to 50 lbs.; lift above head.
Work evenings and weekends as needed.
Operate tools and maintenance equipment using manual dexterity.
Communicate written and verbally frequently.
