We're hiring a Production Manager to lead daily painting operations for residential and commercial projects. This role oversees crews, schedules, quality, and customer experience from job start through completion.
What You’ll Do
Recruit, hire, and manage painting crews
Oversee production schedules, materials, and jobsite quality
Ensure OSHA & EPA compliance and safe work practices
Control labor and material costs; collect payments and handle admin tasks
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Requirements
Experience managing painting or construction production teams
Strong scheduling, cost control, and quality management skills
Knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements and jobsite safety
Excellent customer communication and leadership abilities
