New York City Fire Department provided pay range: $89,613.00/yr - $132,293.00/yr
Responsibilities
Serve as a member of the Legal Enforcement Unit
Represent the agency in and/or monitor Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH/ECB) proceedings
Review OATH/ECB determinations and prepare and file appeals
Minimum Qualifications
Admission to the New York State Bar; and either "2" or "3" below
One year of satisfactory United States legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar; or
Six months of satisfactory service as an Agency Attorney Interne (30086)
Incumbents must remain Members of the New York State Bar in good standing for the duration of this employment
Assignment Level Requirements
To be assigned to AL II: one year of experience at AL I or two years of comparable legal experience in related areas of law
To be assigned to AL III: two years of experience in AL I and/or II or three years of comparable legal experience in related areas of law
