This firm has been nationally recognized in Corporate/M&A by Chambers USA for the last three years and handles public and private acquisitions, unsolicited bids and proxy contests, spinoffs, carve‑outs, joint ventures, going‑private transactions, and special committee representations.

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including conducting due diligence, drafting ancillary documents, and managing deal checklists

Required Qualifications

3-4 years of mergers and acquisitions experience

Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Excellent academic credentials

Location Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
