Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator (temp to perm)

We are working with a prestigious, global law firm who need someone to support a high-volume HR team with legal recruitment initiatives, helping to identify and secure top-tier legal talent across practice groups. You will also play a vital role in administrative and operational support, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
The role?
Coordinate all talent acquisition activities for assigned practice groups, including lateral hiring and occasional support for student recruitment activities.
Assist in all stages of the lateral recruitment process, including:
Creating job requisitions and postings.
Scheduling interviews and gathering candidate feedback.
Communicating with candidates, search firms, and internal stakeholders.
Managing conflicts and background checks.
Collaborate on special projects such as market intelligence research and data analysis.
Prepare and process payment of vendor invoices and maintain expense records.
Assist with executing agreements for new agency relationships.
Support summer associate recruitment activities, including:
Collecting and compiling evaluations for reviews.
Coordinating practice group summer associate events and summits.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and create reports for HR and business leadership.
Ensure a stellar candidate experience while maintaining a strong recruitment brand.
Be available for occasional flexible or extended hours as needed.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3+ years in legal recruitment or a similar professional services environment.
Previous law firm experience is essential
Experience with Taleo, Workday or a similar ATS database will be essential.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to interact with staff regularly.
