Elevate Care is seeking a dedicated and motivated
Assistant Administrator
to support the daily operations of one of our skilled nursing facilities. This role works closely with the Administrator to ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and the delivery of high-quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day operations and administrative oversight of the facility
Support compliance with all state and federal regulations
Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient and effective operations
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and employee relations
Promote a positive and professional environment for residents, families, and staff
Act as the Administrator’s designee when needed
Qualifications
Must be
licensed OR eligible to sit for the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) exam
Ability to obtain a
temporary license
if not currently licensed
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of long-term care regulations
