Join the dynamic healthcare delivery network WISE Telecomm as our Director of Pharmacy. This full‑time exempt role is based in Vernal, UT. Responsibilities
Direct department activities and resources to achieve organizational objectives. Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements. Direct and evaluate operations including patient care delivery, IT, service levels, and complaint management. Plan and monitor staffing activities: hiring, orientation, evaluation, discipline, and education initiatives. Prepare and monitor departmental budgets in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinate and direct internal and external audits. Create a growth‑focused professional environment. Integrate evidence‑based practices into operations and clinical protocols. Maintain comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Manage staff: assign, schedule, review performance, hire, terminate, train, and administer corrective actions. Qualifications
Applicants must hold a current UT pharmacy license, a bachelor’s degree from an accredited pharmacy school, and preferably a Doctorate in Pharmacy. Job Details
