Overview You were born to be the boss. We know. You get up in the morning and you make sure everyone else in the house is doing what they need to do. Then you go to work and you make sure that everyone there is doing what they need to do, even your boss. You just do that because you've always done it. Well maybe it's time you moved up. Domino's Pizza is hiring general managers. It's a tough job that needs a natural like you. You will need judgment, math, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Manage everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards, provide great customer service, maintain attendance & punctuality, ensure transportation to/from work, keep the store clean, handle marketing, drive profitability.

Deliver product by car to customers and deliver flyers and door hangers.

Qualifications & Skills

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person; give correct written instructions.

Arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, divide quickly; make correct monetary change.

Motor coordination: rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards; access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

Navigate maps, locate addresses, deliver products within a designated area; make several deliveries per shift; navigate five or more flights of stairs.

Work Conditions Varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36° in the cooler to 90°+ in some work areas, sudden changes in temperature while outside.

Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including the walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.

Physical demands include standing most of the shift, walking short distances, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing trays, occasionally climbing stairs or a ladder, stooping/bending at the pizza assembly station, forward bending at the front counter and when stocking ingredients, crouching/squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas, reaching above 72° to turn oven controls, and hand tasks requiring eye‑hand coordination while shaping dough and assembling boxes.
