Salary:
$110,000–$140,000 + Production & Origination Bonuses (OTE up to $200k+)

Responsibilities:
Represent financial institutions and creditors in foreclosure and commercial litigation
Manage foreclosure cases from initiation through post‑judgment resolution
Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and property laws
Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other foreclosure and enforcement documents
Advise clients on foreclosure procedures and property rights
Argue motions and hearings before judges in NJ courts
Assist with creditor‑side bankruptcy tasks such as proofs of claim and stay relief motions
Collaborate with partners, associates, and paralegals on active cases
Manage and mentor assigned paralegals and support staff
Maintain organized and up‑to‑date case files
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
Licensed to practice in New Jersey required
2+ years of foreclosure, creditors’ rights, or commercial litigation experience required
Experience arguing motions and foreclosure hearings required
