Construction Superintendent
to join their team and oversee daily field operations across multiple interior build‑out projects.
Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day field operations, including supervision of subcontractors, trades, and on‑site personnel
Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules; coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and phased work activities
Ensure all work adheres to project specifications, plans, and applicable building codes
Act as the central communication point between project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients
Maintain daily reports, track progress, address delays or issues, and support project managers with cost control
Identify potential risks or conflicts and implement resolutions to protect schedule, quality, and budget
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; lead regular safety meetings and perform routine jobsite inspections
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent
Proficiency with construction/project management software
Experience developing and managing schedules using
Microsoft Project
OSHA 30 certification
required
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
