$350,000.00/yr - $2,500,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Draft and prosecute

patent and/or trademark applications

Conduct

IP due diligence

and

freedom‑to‑operate analyses

Advise on

licensing , portfolio strategy, and IP enforcement

Support

litigation efforts

including motion practice and trial preparation

Negotiate and draft

IP‑related agreements

(licensing, development, confidentiality)

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school

Active bar license;

USPTO registration preferred

(for patent work)

3–6 years of IP experience (litigation, prosecution, or transactions)

Strong writing, analytical, and client‑facing skills

Technical background

(e.g., engineering, computer science, life sciences) preferred

Trademark

prosecution and enforcement

Tech transactions, open‑source compliance, and licensing experience

Supporting IP in

M&A

and corporate transactions
