Sr Territory Account Executive

Overview Senior Territory Account Executive driving revenue growth by expanding MoneyGram retail partner network across assigned territories. Responsibilities include prospecting new retail locations, promoting MoneyGram POS and products, maintaining existing partner relationships, and collaborating cross‑functionally to maximize product offering while meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect new retail partners and support sales ramp‑up to generate revenue.
Promote MoneyGram POS and products – money transfer, Express Payments, Money Orders and digital services.
Maintain and grow sales revenue from the existing partner portfolio.
Visit at least 35 retailers per week and report each visit in the MG partner profile.
Meet and exceed key performance indicators – sales activity, wire sales targets, revenue targets and partner activation.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with inside sales and internal teams to leverage cross‑selling opportunities.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of MoneyGram products to educate business owners and decision makers.
Maintain up‑to‑date partner database and use data to identify growth opportunities within territory.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of field sales experience with retail customers.
Proven expertise in independently planning, managing and executing sales strategies.
Bilingual – Spanish is a must.
Excellent negotiation, presentation and organizational skills.
Able to commute 80% of the time and have your own vehicle.
Computer literate – proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Able to work in a culturally diverse environment and be sensitive to cultural differences.
Essential Skills
Proven track record in sales and network expansion/volumes.
Strong presentation skills – ability to present to prospective agents professionally.
Excellent problem‑solving skills – proactively identify and analyze problems and find appropriate solutions.
Commercial acumen – work with key business partners to maximize business capacity.
First class interpersonal skills – build and maintain credible relationships with agents in person and over the telephone.
Excellent organizational skills – prioritize workload and liaison with geographically dispersed team.

Compensation Starting at $65,000+ with participation in our uncapped sales incentive plan. Base pay may be higher depending on experience and skill set.
Anticipated base pay: Living in the United States, new York – Brooklyn (US$65,000+).
