Litigation Paralegal
to join their dynamic legal team.
This role is ideal for a paralegal with extensive hands‑on experience in litigation technology tools who is eager to support attorneys across all phases of complex commercial litigation. The Litigation Paralegal will play a key role in streamlining case management, discovery, and trial preparation through advanced technology, while contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
Responsibilities
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, managing eDiscovery and document workflows.
Conduct legal and factual research.
Draft pleadings and discovery materials.
Prepare deposition and trial exhibits.
Coordinate state and federal e‑filings.
Maintain case calendars and deadlines.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial litigation, preferably in a law firm with strong proficiency with litigation technology tools, eDiscovery software, and trial presentation technology.
