Join EY as a ServiceNow Senior Consultant in our technology consulting practice. You will lead ServiceNow transformation teams, drive client relationships, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and help clients realize efficient, agile solutions across IT service management domains.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes.
Analyze implemented technology solutions to verify they meet requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Lead client process and design sessions; facilitate requirements workshops.
Support waterfall and agile delivery activities (planning, status reporting, budgets, risk/logs).
Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Travel regularly to client sites as needed.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Workstream lead for all stages of ServiceNow ITSM projects—design, configuration/development, testing, deployment.
Manage and mentor a team of 3–5 resources, including offshore contributors.
Provide guidance on process implementations and technology transformation.
Analyze organization capabilities and recommend best practices for strategic roadmaps.
Advise on CMDB and ITOM connectivity to ITSM.
Facilitate workshops and client sessions.
Experience with waterfall and agile delivery.
High‑quality deliverables production.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or related field.
2–4 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Minimum one of the following: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.
3 + years in Big 4 or equivalent consulting.
Excellent soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Ability to travel for client needs.
Ideal Additional Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Performance analytics and reporting experience.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations, HAM, or SAM.
Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
