We are seeking a Trusts and Estates Litigation Attorney to join our team and handle complex fiduciary disputes, probate litigation, and contested trust matters. Responsibilities
Manage trust and estate disputes including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, probate litigation, and related civil matters Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents while coordinating with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and opposing counsel Work collaboratively with estate planning, tax, and business attorneys on issues involving asset protection, succession planning, and contested administration Qualifications
Prior experience in trusts and estates litigation, probate disputes, or fiduciary litigation Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills with the ability to independently manage cases Licensed attorney in the state of practice or eligible for timely admission Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
