Position Overview
Seeking an experienced
Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant
with multiple upgrade and implementation experience, covering all modules of Oracle HCM.
Responsibilities
Interface with key stakeholders and own end‑to‑end responsibility.
Gather requirements and conduct conference‑room pilots.
Configure the system and coordinate system integration testing.
Provide user training and acceptance testing.
Required Qualifications
At least 8 + years of Information Technology experience.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; 3 + years of progressive experience may substitute education.
Located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX, or willing to relocate to the area.
Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship; no immigration sponsorship available.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
Extensive experience in at least 4 core modules: Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Absence.
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
Must provide status and issue reports to project manager/ client regularly.
Recommend roadmaps to close performance gaps and develop high‑level implementation plans.
Identify functionality gaps and develop solution recommendations.
Develop understanding of client’s current processes and create future‑state recommendations.
Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes/systems.
Lead and conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT.
Develop end‑user documentation and training materials.
Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle hands‑on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (query transactions/link between tables).
Working experience on Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting and Absence.
Experience working on SQL queries.
Production support experience in Fusion Cloud projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a global delivery model with offshore team as onsite coordinator.
