Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Location Dallas, Texas
Fulltime role
Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant with multiple upgrade and implementation experience, covering all modules of Oracle HCM. This position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders, own end‑to‑end responsibility and accountability in driving activities such as gathering requirements, conducting conference room pilots, configuring the system, as well as coordinating system integration testing, user training and acceptance testing.
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
Extensive experience in at least 4 modules among Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting and Absence
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Must have experience providing status and issue reports to the project manager / client on a regular basis
Need to be able to give recommendations of roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
Must identifying functionality gaps and develop solutions for them
Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations
Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
Lead and conduct CRP, SIT and UAT
Developing end‑user documentation and training materials
Delivering end‑user training
Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle hands‑on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (ability to query transactions / links between tables)
Working experience on Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting and Absence
Experience working on SQL queries
Required to have production support experience in Fusion cloud projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
To be able to work in a global delivery model with offshore team as onsite coordinator.
