Responsibilities
Lead and strategically direct the MBA and DBA programs ensuring academic quality, relevance and alignment with Baker College mission.
Foster a student‑centric academic environment, mentor faculty, support assessment of curriculum, instruction and accreditation.
Collaborate with the dean, faculty and external partners to shape curriculum, enhance faculty expertise and promote programs to prospective students and industry.
Maintain a culture of compliance, collaboration and integrity; ensure program quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Ph.D. or doctoral degree in business or closely related field.
At least three years of industry experience in business or related field; strong preference for MBA engagement and DBA instruction.
Demonstrated research experience—required at DBA level, strongly preferred at MBA level; experience as dissertation chair or committee member for doctoral learners.
Academic leadership background; required master’s level teaching experience; preferred doctoral‑level instruction.
History of developing impactful college‑level curricula; familiarity with program assessment and accreditation processes.
Proficiency with Canvas LMS, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps.
