Position Overview
Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Litigation Associate Attorney on behalf of a respected and well-established business law firm in San Jose, CA. This onsite role joins a highly reputable team serving a diverse range of litigation needs. The Litigation Associate Attorney will support litigation matters across commercial, business, trust & estate, and real estate disputes. This attorney will collaborate with partners and peers across the litigation team while handling case development, legal research, drafting, motions, and discovery work.

Responsibilities
Support case management and litigation strategy development
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and pleadings
Assist in discovery, depositions, hearings, and preparation of case materials
Interpret legal issues and communicate recommendations to the legal team
Represent and support business, commercial, trust & estate, and real‑estate‑related matters
Collaborate with attorneys and staff across departments to deliver client‑focused solutions
Qualifications
3+ years of litigation experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication, analytical, and legal writing skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong academic credentials and proactive problem‑solving capability
Creative thinker with sound judgment and a client‑first mindset
Compensation and Benefits This role offers an anticipated salary range of $140,000 – $240,000, dependent on experience and qualifications, along with competitive benefits and advancement potential.
