Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.

5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in sales, agency, or project management function.

Experience in cross‑functional collaboration to drive results, and the ability to influence stakeholders along with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Knowledge of DV360 and Google Marketing Platform.

Knowledge of commercial incentive programs.

Passion for building and leading teams.

About The Job:

This team is responsible for setting go‑to‑market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and launching the next generation of Ads products. The team plays an important role in building excellent go‑to‑market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing Global Business Organization (GBO) business skills to ensuring execution and operations against business outcomes and priorities. As Head of Google Marketing Platforms and Commercials for Americas Large Customer Sales Product Go‑to‑Market, you will work with stakeholders including Global Product Solutions and Sales to shape the business activation of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) products. You will coach a team to develop the strategy and own execution of go‑to‑market plans that drive adoption and business growth of these solutions across Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS). You will use problem‑solving skills to understand opportunities and challenges, collaborate and inspire cross‑functional partners in Sales, Product and Marketing to achieve goals, and ensure your team has the necessary guidance and support to deliver impact and grow as individuals.

For US applicants:

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $227,000–$320,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits.

For Toronto applicants:

The Canada base salary range for this full‑time position is CAD 232,000–238,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify key questions and translate goals and strategy into defined projects.

Partner with Strategic Project Director and Principal Leads to select projects and staff team capacity to lead projects that improve operating structure and resource allocation or aim to improve cross‑functional collaboration.

Lead projects that are cross‑functional to ensure structure and timely delivery of project goals.

Establish key performance indicators and timelines for each project, and regularly report metrics tying back to goals, including post‑implementation impact analysis.

Develop best practices, templates and tools specific to each domain that can be utilized for future initiatives.
