Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree. 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. Preferred qualifications

Experience in sales, agency, or project management function. Experience in cross‑functional collaboration to drive results, and the ability to influence stakeholders along with excellent presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of DV360 and Google Marketing Platform. Knowledge of commercial incentive programs. Passion for building and leading teams. About The Job

This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and launching the next generation of Ads products, from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business growth. This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing Global Business Organization (GBO) business skills to ensuring execution and operations against business outcomes and priorities. As Head of Google Marketing Platforms and Commercials for Americas Large Customer Sales Product Go-to-Market, you will work with stakeholders including Global Product Solutions and Sales to shape the business activation of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) products. You will coach a team to develop the strategy and own execution of go-to-market plans that drive adoption and business growth of these solutions across Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS). You will use the problem-solving skills to understand the opportunities and challenges to overcome, collaborate and inspire cross‑functional partners in Sales, Product and Marketing to achieve goals, and ensure your team has the necessary guidance and support to deliver impact and grow as individuals. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever‑evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. Responsibilities

Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify key questions and translate goals and strategy into defined projects. Partner with Strategic Project Director and Principal Leads to select projects and staff team capacity to lead projects that improve operating structure and resource allocation or aimed to improve cross‑functional collaboration. Lead projects that are cross‑functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals. Establish Key Performance Indicators and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting, that tie back to goals, and post‑implementation impact analysis. Develop best practices, templates, and tools specific to each domain that can be utilized for future initiatives.
