More than 1 billion people use Instagram and Threads every day to express themselves and build community with people and interests they love. Our teams are constantly inventing new ways to come together and create – launching Threads, a new Edits app for video creation, and the ongoing evolution of Reels, Ads, Search, and more. The Finance and Business Planning team enables Meta to plan, prioritize, and execute as effectively as possible. We are true partners and financial advisors to our business partners, working together to solve the toughest business challenges and operate with an objective perspective.

We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to support the full financial picture for Instagram and Threads. This is a visible and integral role across the organization – directly supporting Instagram Product, Engineering, Business, and cross-functional leaders. You will be an integral part of building long range plans, better understanding and improving the ROI of investments, supporting our capacity and infrastructure allocation processes, and directly supporting investment in Threads (one of the fastest growing consumer apps, ever). A great candidate might be genuinely interested in our platforms, have experience working with business leaders on ROI and investment decisions, and demonstrate a bias for action. Our promise: you will gain unique, valuable experience with significant responsibility and interaction with Instagram and Threads leadership teams, impacting Meta’s most critical priorities.
