Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience with commercial and incentive programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
Experience with commercial and incentive programs for organizations.
Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and executive stakeholder management.
Experience in leading cross‑functional projects.
Excellent project management, problem‑solving and analysis skills.
Responsibilities
Develop cross‑functional plans, and deliver critical insights and recommendations that shape GCAS commercial and incentive strategy.
Build cross‑functional partnerships across Google sales, sales operations, finance, accounting, marketing, legal, contracts, and other teams to influence executive stakeholders through sound strategy development and exceptional program management.
Collaborate with global and regional teams on pilots, program assessments, and partner engagements to accelerate global business.
Partner with GPS and regional GTM to improve processes and operational infrastructure, and ensuring commercial operational cadence, accountability and tracking to enable cross‑functional decision‑making.
About the job: In this role, you will support the Global Clients and Agency Solutions (GCAS) sales and GTM leadership by identifying current and emerging client needs across critical commercial programs (VIP, GMP, MRP, MTP, PT, ATF, etc) and driving the strategy and activation of these programs to accelerate business growth. You will develop and drive business strategy in collaboration with executive internal partners as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert. You will run the business cadence, help the organization navigate internal complexities, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, design, manage, and deliver projects, partner with regional and GTM teams, shape the future of GBO agreements and incentive programs, and drive continuous operational improvements. All of this is in service of enabling the activation and execution of flagship GBO commercial programs with global advertisers and agencies, helping the world’s largest brands shape their businesses in the digital age by advising clients on all aspects of their business strategy across numerous touchpoints and solutions, and using Google’s broad range of products to help clients connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences and deliver long‑ and short‑term impact.
Compensation
United States: $147,000‑$216,000 base + bonus + equity + benefits.
Canada: CAD 150,000‑154,000 base + bonus + equity + benefits.
