Job Description Summary Drive acceptance and growth of PayPal Pay Later across Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) merchants. Act as the subject matter expert and own quotas for incremental transaction margin by cross‑selling Pay In 3 and PayPal Credit. This role influences strategic decisions at the executive level.

Essential Responsibilities

Establish overall business or technical strategy for the organization.

Influence executive‑level decisions as an advisor or counsel.

Develop long‑term strategy and plan.

Drive strategic initiatives that significantly impact operations.

Collaborate with executive leadership to align product sales strategies with organizational goals.

Additional Responsibilities and Preferred Qualifications

Sell Pay Later to targeted GSA prospects and existing merchants to meet transaction margin targets.

Build pipeline with Account Managers and Enterprise Sales for BNPL and Credit opportunities.

Partner with Global Consumer Credit and Global Pay Later on positioning and go‑to‑market plans.

Maintain current knowledge of Global consumer credit and BNPL regulations and the competitive landscape.

Manage multiple projects and support merchant testing at launch to meet regulatory and best‑practice standards.

Lead, direct, and mentor a team of Pay Later Customer Success Managers overseeing in‑depth success of Pay Later products implemented with GSA merchants.

Represent PayPal and GSA at industry events, especially regarding Pay Later solutions, on a global scale.

Expected Qualifications

10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Compensation U.S. national annual pay range: $270,000 to $464,200. Compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For more information, visit https://www.paypalbenefits.com.
