Base pay range $100.00/hr - $100.00/hr
LOCATION NOTE: This is an on‑site position based in the cities listed below, with local travel required. We provide relocation support. If leading families toward a fundamentally reimagined approach to education resonates with your sense of purpose, this position places you at the forefront of that transformation.
Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete their core academic work in two hours daily through AI‑driven platforms. The remainder of their day focuses on real‑world competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem‑solving, and meaningful project work. No passive lectures. No filler assignments. Just accelerated progress and performance in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a fundamentally different parent partnership—and that partnership is your domain.
You will serve as the public face of your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, establish trust, and cultivate advocacy. You'll conduct high‑impact information sessions, develop meaningful community relationships, and translate interest into committed enrollment momentum. Beyond that, you'll act as the primary liaison for families throughout their Alpha experience—fielding questions, strengthening loyalty, and transforming parents into vocal advocates for the model.
This is a role defined by trust and autonomy, with tangible accountability. You'll be stationed at one campus, present on‑site regularly, and responsible for measurable results—not simply executing a playbook. If you hold the conviction that conventional schooling is failing students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
