If leading families toward a fundamentally different approach to education feels like your calling, this role places you at the forefront of that movement.
Alpha operates nothing like a traditional school. Students complete core academics in only two hours per day using AI‑powered applications. The remainder of their day is spent developing real‑world competencies—public speaking, critical reasoning, team‑based challenges, and projects with tangible impact. No lectures. No busywork. Just accelerated mastery and top 1% outcomes nationally. This approach requires a fundamentally different kind of parent partnership—and that is your responsibility.
You will serve as the public face of your campus, leading efforts to expand enrollment, cultivate trust, and build advocacy. You'll facilitate compelling information sessions, develop meaningful community relationships, and convert curiosity into waitlist momentum. But your responsibilities extend beyond recruitment. You'll also serve as the primary resource for families throughout their Alpha experience—resolving concerns, fostering loyalty, and transforming parents into vocal advocates for the model.
This is a high‑trust, high‑autonomy position with measurable impact. You'll be stationed at one campus, on‑site the majority of the time, delivering tangible results—not simply executing a playbook. If you believe most schools are failing students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
What You Will Be Doing
Taking full ownership of the parent relationship—from initial inquiry through sustained engagement—for a single campus.
Leading persuasive information sessions and individualized conversations that turn interested parents into dedicated advocates.
Acting as the central parent contact—addressing concerns, strengthening satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels acknowledged and supported following enrollment.
Establishing visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site presence, community partnerships, and targeted outreach.
Mobilizing parent advocates to expand referrals and deepen community influence.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Depending on scripted sales methods or transactional communication.
Handing off relationship‑building to campus personnel or assuming a passive role.
Allowing organized parent coalitions to override or weaken Alpha's educational philosophy.
Operating remotely—this role is deeply integrated into the parent experience and local community.
