Location This is an on‑site position based in one of the cities listed below, with local travel required. Relocation support is provided.

Overview Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete core academic content in two hours daily through AI‑driven applications. The remainder of their day is devoted to real‑world competencies—public speaking, critical analysis, collaborative problem‑solving, and meaningful project work. No conventional lectures. No unnecessary assignments. Only accelerated mastery and performance outcomes in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a fundamentally different family partnership—and that is your mandate.

Responsibilities

Managing the complete parent relationship lifecycle—from initial contact through sustained engagement—for a single campus.

Delivering persuasive information sessions and individualized discussions that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters.

Acting as the central parent liaison—addressing concerns, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring every family experiences meaningful support after enrollment.

Establishing credibility and presence through consistent on‑site engagement, local partnerships, and targeted community outreach.

Mobilizing parent advocates to drive referrals and expand community influence.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Using formulaic sales approaches or impersonal outreach methods.

Transferring relationship‑building responsibilities to campus personnel or assuming a passive role.

Allowing organized parent coalitions to override or compromise Alpha's educational framework.

Operating remotely from a desk—this position requires full immersion in the parent experience and local community.

Key Responsibilities Lead enrollment and retention efforts at your campus by cultivating high‑trust parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and active advocacy.

Basic Requirements

Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses, or are willing to relocate to: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Roswell, GA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Houston, TX; or Kirkland, WA.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.

Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.

Benefits and Compensation This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
