Akkodis is seeking a
Solution Architect
for a
Contract
with a client in
Las Vegas, NV . You will design and implement enterprise-level solutions, including creating high-level architecture and API designs, while leading development teams through agile delivery.
Rate Range $53/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Solution Architect Job Responsibilities
Design and document solution architecture and high-level designs, including API specifications and microservice-based architecture.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and create epics and stories for development teams.
Lead implementation teams during solution delivery, ensuring adherence to Agile/Lean methodologies and best practices.
Develop and maintain architecture standards and patterns, promoting reusability and scalability across projects.
Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate new technologies and approaches for enterprise adoption.
Ensure integration of AWS services, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines into solution designs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
6–8 years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise-level design.
Proven expertise in microservice architecture, API design, and Agile/Lean development methodologies.
Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot).

Pay Details $53.00 to $54.00 per hour
