Base Pay Range : $100,000 – $170,000 per year
Responsibilities
Handle professional liability claims involving healthcare providers, insurance agents, real estate agents, and engineers.
Manage general liability cases such as slip and falls and premises liability.
Investigate catastrophic personal injury matters, including high-stakes construction site incidents.
Lead complex defense-side litigation cases and develop deep, specialized expertise.
Qualifications & Experience
Admitted to practice law in California.
2+ years experience in employment litigation (or civil litigation, insurance defense).
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Self‑motivated with strong time management skills.
Work‑life freedom: Fully remote with flexible schedule.
