You've championed a transformative academic vision and taken full ownership of its results. You've led visibly, not from the sidelines. When it comes to learning science, you're not experimenting—you've built proven systems, delivered measurable impact, and earned credibility to share that work on prominent platforms. If that describes your track record, 2 Hour Learning is seeking its chief academic architect.
At 2 Hour Learning, we operate a model enabling students to learn at double speed in only two hours per day. Outcomes are powered by AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based advancement, and a fundamental redesign of traditional classroom approaches. Performance speaks for itself. We now need a leader capable of aligning execution across varied school environments, elevating academic leadership standards, and serving as the authoritative public voice for a methodology rooted in robust learning science.
This is not a theoretical academic position. It is a directive leadership role. You will control academic strategy in action, establish unambiguous standards, surface gaps in implementation, and mentor high-caliber teams toward tangible results. You will operationalize our scientific principles into disciplined practice and advocate for this model on a global scale.
What You Will Be Doing
Designing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum design, motivational architecture, and application development.
Directing academic performance reviews with Heads of Academics to confirm school teams are synchronized, responsible, and achieving measurable outcomes.
Consolidating data, interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most critical obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend targeted solutions.
Ensuring strategic coherence through planning cycles, continuous feedback, and milestone oversight to sustain concentration on student learning objectives.
Serving as 2 Hour Learning's principal representative at elite forums—from keynote addresses to consultations with Ministries of Education—catalyzing systemic transformation in global education paradigms.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Engaging in narrow curriculum adjustments that fail to generate systemic impact.
Producing theoretical research disconnected from student performance or operational execution.
Transferring accountability for results to mid-level managers or external advisors.
Depending on institutional prestige or abstract theory to win over critical audiences.
Director Of Learning Strategy Key Responsibilities Expand and refine 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by harmonizing execution across all schools, raising leadership expectations, and establishing yourself as the authoritative public advocate for a movement anchored in rigorous science and demonstrable outcomes.
Basic Requirements
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes
Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning
Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising
Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar
Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions
Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders
Nice-to-have Requirements
Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high-performing EdTech venture
Experience navigating cultural, political, or international education contexts
