Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer , and integrations supporting ITSM processes. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

Service Catalog items ,

Record Producers , and

Order Guides . Create and manage

Catalog Variables ,

Variable Sets ,

Multi-row Variable Sets (MRVS) . Develop

Catalog Client Scripts ,

Catalog UI Policies , and

UI Actions . Implement workflows and automation using

Flow Designer . Customize

Catalog Forms

for Incident, Request, Change, HR, and CSM use cases. Build and enhance

Service Portal / UI Builder

pages related to catalog requests. Implement approvals, SLAs, notifications, and fulfillment tasks. Integrate catalog requests with external systems using

REST/SOAP APIs . Use

Import Sets & Transform Maps

for catalog-related data loads. Ensure reusability, performance optimization, and adherence to

ServiceNow best practices . Support testing, UAT, production deployments, and defect fixes. Mandatory Skills

ServiceNow Service Catalog Catalog UI Policies Record Producers & Order Guides Flow Designer Service Portal / UI Builder ITSM fundamentals (Incident, Request, Change) Good‑to‑Have Skills
