As a (Senior) Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (f/m/d), you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
The following tasks await you:
Leading design sessions with the client, translating business requirements into technical solutions and giving guidance to the client on the solution best practices
Taking the lead in the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system technical setup, guiding client testing sessions and supporting the development of more junior colleagues
Providing post-go-live support, user training, and system/ process documentation
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor in HR transformation and system implementation
To be well-prepared for your path as a (Senior) Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (f/m/d), you bring the following qualifications:
A completed degree
or at least 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting and familiar with the best practice solution and methodology, to approach the design session with the expected level of quality.
Passion
for consulting, as well as for stakeholder management.
Expertise
in SAP SuccessFactors and/ or SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus (ideally EC / REC / ONB).
A working style
is characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams.
