Description A leading real estate is hiring for part time (20 hours a week) Administrative Assistant with prior real estate office experience to support the Asset Management team onsite in El Segundo. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment and supporting multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Asset Management team
- Assist with lease and property documentation, filings, and record maintenance
- Organize and update asset files, contracts, and internal databases
- Coordinate correspondence with property owners, vendors, and internal teams
- Track deadlines, renewals, and key dates related to real estate assets
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for asset managers
- Handle data entry related to leases, payments, and property information
- Support invoice processing and basic document review
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with general office duties as needed
- Previous experience working in a real estate office (required)
- Administrative experience supporting asset management, property management, or real estate teams preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and onsite
