We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers, ensuring a seamless and compliant hiring experience. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with departments across the organization and play a pivotal role in attracting top talent while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities:
• Screen applications and conduct initial pre-screening processes to identify candidates with relevant experience.
• Arrange and coordinate both virtual and in-person interview logistics, ensuring smooth execution.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders during interviews to assess candidates and ensure compliance.
• Extend verbal and written employment offers for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies such as job fairs, online platforms, networking events, and Boolean searches to attract quality candidates.
• Create and post job advertisements across internal and external channels to maximize visibility.
• Negotiate and manage offer processes, including finalizing and executing agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with organizational stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with hiring goals.
• Represent the organization’s values and culture during recruitment activities to attract aligned candidates.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with federal and state regulations, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Must have Non-Profit Experience

• Strong ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.

• Familiarity with employment policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws.

• Expertise in utilizing various sourcing methods such as job fairs, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data mining.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and represent the organization.

• Adept at managing offer negotiations and recruitment logistics.

• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and generate recruitment reports as needed.
